Responsibilities
• Formulates sales and marketing strategies for company products in International market
• Participates in setting up of annual sales target and marketing strategies for own assigned countries.
• Identifying market size and focus, developing sales pipelines, penetrating new accounts, and driving the sales process within a relationship selling environment
• Establishing executive level, long term customer relationships for future cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Sets sales promotion activities and Monitors and modifies marketing campaigns on own area of responsibilities.
• Providing feedback on market requirements, product capabilities and future industry developments and trends
• Understanding industry trends, product capabilities and customer requirements
• Provide leadership and guidance, mentor and develop the sales team’s domain knowledge and thought leadership
• Leveraging experience selling products to commercial accounts
• Work closely with all internal related party to support sales organizations, including lead generation programs, which have ensured that the sales teams achieve maximum revenue
• Able to use sales analytics and funnel management techniques to drive productivity, and have ensured appropriate sales activity with visibility of the pipeline to senior management for forecasting and business planning
• Able to provide sales training, coaching and monitoring sales team

Qualifications
• At least 7 years experienced in sales management with proved records of excellence in building and leading inside sales teams
• At least 3 years experienced International business or export
• At least 3 years’ solid experiences in manufacturing business. If have direct experiences in food and beverage business will highly consider
• Enthusiastic and creative leader with the ability to inspire others
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Able to expertly multi-task numerous sales projects simultaneously, while ensuring revenue targets are met\
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skill, team management, and able to work under high pressure
• Excellent analytical, result-oriented and good business common sense
• Able to work independently, self-motivated and initiative
• Willing to travel abroad as required
• Excellent command of writing and speaking English
